Bearing Housing

This featured bearing housing for a mobile antenna used in satellite communications is composed of 1" thick aluminum and 1/4" thick aluminum. It was manufactured by Machining Services, Inc. using CNC milling cutting methods. The drawings were supplied by the customer, and we held a tolerance of +/- 0.005". The housing measured 12" long, 8" wide by 1 1/4" high and was delivered in 3 weeks. This was a production run of 50 pieces.
